Embracing Mental Health

As a proud business in physical therapy over the last 45 years, we at Physical Therapy Associates realize how influential mental health is on physical wellness. Embracing mental health in our Spokane community is more important than ever before. At this juncture in time we as a village must understand how to support one another, lock arms, look up and really see each other. As a community let us become more courageous and be brave enough to share in our own brokenness. Keeping in mind that at the end of the day, grace for ourselves and one another builds hope, and hope is the true catalyst for positive change. Help us here at PTA embrace mental health throughout the month of March.
