Running Analysis

Congratulations on taking the next step in your running journey! Please fill out the questionnaire below and one of our staff members will get back to you and schedule an appointment.

Notes: Arrive with your running shoes, water bottle, and normal running attire.
What to expect: You will warm up on the treadmill and when ready will run only slightly faster than you would normally run. After taking a quick video (no more than 5 min.), our Running Analysis Trainer Dylan Palmer will create an in-depth review assessing joint angles, form, and recommend any corrections that may help you reach your running goals! These corrections may include exercises to strengthen or protect you as a runner!
